The crowdfunding campaign for my book finished today and sadly, it hasn’t hit the target. This is obviously disappointing, but I have learned a lot from the experience of creating and promoting the book.
Today, I have the option sending an email saying “the campaign is over, failed to hit the target” and walk away. But I don’t want to do that. I appreciate the support you have shown, and I want to put a book in your hands.
My original plan was to create a high-quality litho-printed hardback photobook. Because of the high set-up costs, litho is only feasible with a large print run. With the number of pledges I have received, I can’t offer the litho-printed version of the book. However, a digitally printed version of the book is feasible.
So I would like to offer all my supporters a digitally printed softback book for £15 per copy. Shipping is £5 to UK addresses and £10 elsewhere. Free shipping if you live around the corner!
I will refund all pledges and donations that have been taken by crowdfunder because this campaign was unsuccessful.
